ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection to him.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition has been enquired and the same was closed as "civil in nature".

3. In view thereof, the parties are at liberty to approach the concerned civil Court for any orders and if any interim order or a final decree is passed, protection can be granted, in terms of the civil Court order.
