O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in I.A.No.1402 of 2017 in MA.C.O.P.No.924 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the lower Court allowed the I.A.No.1402 of 2017 in MA.C.O.P.No.924 of 2007 and permitted the petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) and 2/5

accordingly, the Insurance Company paid the amount to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on record.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

6. No costs.
