Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st, 2nd and 5th respondents to cancel the Fraudulent Patta no.8880 issued in favour of 6th respondent and his men in respect of petitioners joint family property comprised in S.no.117/1B(Old S.No.195/1B) with an extent of 42 cents of Nanja land situated at vilangudi I Bit and take steps to keep retain and ensure the validity of the Joint Patta no.1488, dated 23.06.
2010, issued in favour of the petitioner and her family members, to collect the kist tax in respect of the property as usual from the petitioner and her heirs from 1988 to till 2019, consequently direct the 4th and 5th respondents to cancel the null & void documents vide Document Nos.407, 408, 409/1990, dated 30.03.1990, fabricated by impersonation manner by the 6th respondent Mother and her men, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 09.08.2019 & 14.08.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.
