ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed as against the order dated 22.02.2018, made in E.A.No.75 of 2017 in E.A.No. 34 of 2017 in E.P.No.34 of 2008 in O.S.no.129 of 2004, passed by the learned I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the proceedings of execution petition has been completed and the delivery was also ordered. However, learned Counsel for the petitioner requested time to ascertain the same.

3.It appears that the civil revision petition is pending before this Court from the year 2018. Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the first respondent, this civil revision petition stands closed, as no further order is required to be passed. The petitioner is at liberty to revive this application, if the 2/4

execution petition is still subsists. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stand closed.
