Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.43 of 2015 itself was dismissed by the trial Court on 03.10.2018 and therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
