PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the 1st Respondent to direct the 2nd respondent, to give adequate police protection for life and limb for the petitioner.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection for life and limb for the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 15.08.2020.
3.Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
