Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to approve petitioner's proposal for granting special grade teacher with effect from 27.03.2012 and granting consequential notional monetary benefits from the date of awarding of special grade based on the petitioner representation dated 10.12.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to approve the petitioner's proposal for granting special grade teacher with effect from 27.03.2012 and granting consequential notional monetary benefits from the date of awarding of special grade based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 10.06.2015 before the second respondent seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2015 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
