PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to call for the records in Crime No.370 of 2017 on the file of 1st respondent police and quash the same.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by A1 & A4 in crime No.370 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR wherein they are charged with the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the FIR.

3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and she acknowledges the fact that she had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R.

4. Considering the above said facts, F.I.R. in crime No.370 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order. 19.06.2026 1/2 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
