2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on a complaint given by him, respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.171 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 454 and 380 of I.P.C. and that there is no progress in the investigation.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that the petitioner is not co-operating with the police and not given any particulars in respect of alleged offence available before him to proceed further in the investigation.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand submits that he would appear before the respondent Police on 21.07.2023 and furnish all the details required by the Police.
5. Considering the submissions made by both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.171 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
