ORDER

As per the order dated 08.01.2025, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the respondent on or before 23.01.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that the cost was paid and the order of this Court has been complied.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the order made in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.9 of 2016 dated 04.11.2020 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Tenkasi, is set aside. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
