When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the Police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet in CNRTNMDIE14552022 on 13.10.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. Since the investigation has already been completed, this petition become infructuous. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner / defacto complainant submits that even after filing of the charge sheet by way of online on 13.10.2022, the same is not numbered. Registry is directed to call for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, as to whether Police have filed charge sheet in this case and if so, why it is pending without taking cognizance. 18.07.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No tsg 2/3
