This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 214 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Though the respondents have been served and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 214 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating that the fourth respondent, viz., Errammal, died on 22.07.2007 and that her legal representatives are already on record as respondents 10 to 14.

2.The said memo is recorded. The respondents 10 to 14 are recorded as the legal representatives of the deceased fourth respondent, Errammal.
