The petitioner/defacto complainant in CC No.484 of 2024 has filed this petition, seeking a direction to the learned Judicial 1/4
Magistrate No. IV, Thoothukudi, to conclude the trial within a stipulated time.
2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent submits that the trial in CC No.484 of 2024 has already been commenced and out of 7 witnesses, 3 witnesses have been examined. The case is posted to 07.07.2025, for examination of PW 4 to PW 6. The learned Government Advocate further submits that the witnesses would be produced before the trial Court on 07.07.2025 without fail. 3.Since it is reported that the trial has already been commenced in CC No.484 of 2024 and the witnesses are to be examined on 07.07.2025, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Thoothukudi to conclude the trial as early as possible.
