ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed directing the first respondent police to direct transfer of investigation of the complaint dated 03.07.20223 given by the petitioner from the third respondent to the second respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are disputes between the petitioner and other group, in respect of management of administration of Jamaath and in respect of that the persons belonging to other group have threatened and abused in filthy language and also tried to kill the petitioner with petrol. It is further submitted that even after giving a complaint to the police dated 03.07.2023, no action has been taken by the third respondent. 2/4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the complaint of the petitioner was given as C.No.G3/16612/1187/23 and in the course of enquiry, notices were given to the petitioner and also to other group and even though other group persons appeared before the police, the petitioner has not chosen to appear and thereby enquiry could not be proceeded with.

4. This petition is therefore, disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned police on 24.07.2023 on which the respondent police to directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
