ORDER
The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the third respondent is having business transaction with the petitioner and there is a dispute between them and hence, the third respondent has lodged a complaint on 03.06.2025, which was treated as petition enquiry in CRS.No.324 of 2025. After enquiry, the same has been closed. Further, he submits that the third respondent has again lodged a complaint before the Commissioner of Police, Madurai and the same has been forwarded for enquiry. Since the earlier complaint of the third respondent was already enquired and closed, they are intending to close the second complaint also. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
