ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 10.11.2017 in I.A.No.141 of 2017 in O.S.No.25 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.25 of 2013 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge (i/c), Tiruchirappalli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the

suit in O.S.No.25 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli was disposed of by order dated 11.01.2020.

3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
