The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey of the property in S.Nos.233/1 and 233/1, Mallanur Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. 2.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, the subject property belong to his father and after the death of his father, the Petitioner and his siblings are in possession and enjoyment of the same. Patta for the subject property stands in the name of the Petitioner's father Sundaram in Patta No.366.The Petitioner submitted an online application on 19.5.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/27/005834 seeking survey of subject property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, 2/5
who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 19.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
