ORDER

Mr.V.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.01.2016 and 27.01.2016 for welfare of students' studies.

4. The case of the petitioner is that she is working as Special Grade Teacher in the third respondent school since 1989 onwards and she is going to retire in the month of March, 2016. She has made a representation on 12.01.2016 before the first and second respondents seeking extension of service for two months. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner made another representation on 27.01.2016. The same was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
