ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 05.01.2018 made in I.A.No.42 of 2016 in O.S.No.93 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur.

2. On perusal of the records it is seen that this Court vide order, dated 13.07.2022 directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioners returnable in two weeks as the counsel on record is reported dead. The said notice has been returned with an endorsement that the petitioners are not residing in the said address.

3. In such circumstances, this Court finds that there is no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending and hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 21.09.2023 Index :
