PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the contemnors/1,4 & 5 respondents herein for the willful, wanton and utter disregard to the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.25674 of 2022 dated 23.11.2022 under the contempt of courts act. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ramasundarvijayraj For Respondents :Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar Additional Public Prosecutor O RDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2022 is registered as current paper and during the course of enquiry it was revealed that some 3rd persons have encroached the land belonging to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has sought for police protection however as the dispute between the parties are purely civil in nature, enquiry in respect of the representation dated 29.10.2022 was closed and the copy of the order also given to the counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the disposal of the representation dated 29.10.2022, no further order required to be passed. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
