ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 18.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.916 of 2017 in O.S.No.2331 of 2004 on the file of the 2nd Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the main suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 16.04.2021 and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.07.2022 ogy 2/3
