ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the rejection order, dated 17.02.2016 passed by the respondent and to direct him to sanction the educational loan amount of Rs.58,800/- for the First Year BE-Civil Engineering Course (2015-2016).

2. According to the petitioner, he is doing his B.E(Civil Engineering) Course at SSM Institute of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul. He applied for educational loan before the first respondent for the First Year BE Civil Engineering Course (2015-2016). But the respondent vide proceedings, dated 17.02.2016 rejected the petitioner's application stating that they have already closed the educational loan for the current financial year and further, they have already granted educational loan to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sufficient number of students. Challenging the said rejection order, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent/bank fairly submits that the bank will consider the application of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks. 4.In view of the said submission, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.02.2016 and pass suitable orders granting educational loan to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
