The petitioner with a grievance that in the Adangal Register, his father name was wrongly mentioned as Valliyappan instead of S.Vanniyappan has submitted an application for the required correction before the second respondent on 06.06.2023 and has filed this writ petition that the second respondent has not considered his application so far.
2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application 2/5
dated 06.06.2023 has been considered by the respondents and notice has been issued to the petitioner on 28.06.2023 to produce the relevant documents. On such production, the necessary correction will be carried out within a period of two weeks.
