ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report is also made ready and the same will be presented before the concerned Court after completing the official formalities within short time.

3.Since the final report is made ready, the petitioner has to workout his remedy, after filing the final report, before the concerned forum through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved by the contents of the same.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15070 of 2021 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is disposed of as infructuous. In the meantime, the 1st respondent herein shall file the final report within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the concerned Court, after completing the official formalities. The trial Court on receiving the final report may process the same as per rules and after disposal of the matter on merits, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
