This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents, to give permission and adequate protection to conduct cultural programs from 01.09.2019 to 04.09.2019 at 9 P.M to 12 A.M in Sri Mutharamman Thirukovil Festival, at Manalivilai, Thisaiyanvilai Village and Taluk, Tirunelveli District, in view of the Petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduc cultural programs from 01.09.2019 to 04.09.2019 at 9 P.M to 12 A.M in Sri Mutharamman Thirukovil Festival, at Manalivilai, Thisaiyanvilai Village and Taluk, Tirunelveli District, the petitioner made a representation on 07.08.2019 to the first respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
