ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No. 27 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same in so far as against the petitioners / accused Nos.2 to 4.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Andipatty in C.C.No.3325 of 2022.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within the time stipulated as per Rules. If the petitioners are aggrieved over the contents of the final report, they may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected 2/4
