Seeking to quash the summons issued by the Second Class Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildhar, Paramakudi, first respondent herein, on 17.10.2020, under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.
2. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner after receiving summons from the first respondent Second Class Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildhar, Paramakudi appeared before him and also executed a bond as directed by him and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petition.
