This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report in Crime No.192 of 2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, on 18.06.2022, the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and the same is pending in S.T.C.No.2150 of 2024.
