SELVAKUMAR.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11472 of 2021, dated 25.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 28.08.2021, without fail.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and also the fact that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is made ready.

4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
