This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set-aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.44 of 2012 in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2012 by the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif) Dindigul dated 19.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
