ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.05.2026.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in Crime No.456 of 2026 has been registered.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.456 of 2026 and file the final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 19.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm 2/4
