Respondent/Petitioner Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the Family Court, Srivilliputtur to dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, within the stipulated period. ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order on this Court dated 04.01.2021, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District, in D.No.266/2021 dated 30/07/2021, and this Court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the HMOP No.58 of 2019.

The learned Judge, Family Court, Srivilliputhur had sought for extension of six months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
