2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2320 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23298 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in month, ie., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
