2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that already the suit itself has been dismissed by judgment and decree dated 16.03.2021 and he had also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the said submission and and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
