PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give adequate police protection for peaceful possession and enjoyment of the vacant land admeasuring an extent of 13 cents in Survey No.64/3A1A, New Town Survey No.45/6 Ward Block, Manimurthiswaram Village, Tirunelveli District on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection for peaceful possession and enjoyment of the vacant land admeasuring an extent of 13 cents in Survey No.64/3A1A, New Town Survey No.45/6 Ward Block, Manimurthiswaram Village, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and the same was closed.
