ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 5 by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner earlier, the same was enquired into current paper and was closed on 08.07.2021 and that the petitioner has given another complaint and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed on 17.08.2024. He would further submit that the proceedings are pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer as well as the civil suit in O.S.No.310 of 2023 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Dindigul.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, if so advised. No costs. 28.08.2024 NCC :
