ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time', upon perusing earlier order dated 12.03.2024 and 10.03.2025 and the requisition submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam in D.No.1356/2025 dated 08/07/2025, seeking further Extension of Two months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.51/2012, this Court made the following Order:

This court, by order dated 12.03.2024, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.51 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, vide letter dated 17.02.2025, this court by order dated 10.03.2025, extended time till 30.06.2025.

3. Now, the learned District Munsif, once again addressed a letter in D.No.1357/2025, dated 08.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further two months time to comply with the orders dated 12.03.2024 and 10.03.2025 made in this Civil Revision Petition. 2/4

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 12.03.2024 and 10.03.2025.
