ORDER

The Commissioner, by order dated 15.05.2019, has appointed a Fit person for administration of Arulmigu Sri Muthalamman Temple, Vilampatti, however, it has not been effected. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2021 seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the orders of the Commissioner dated 15.05.2019.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order of the Commissioner dated 15.05.2019 has been effected and one Chandrasekaran, Executive Officer, has taken charge of the temple and he is administering the affairs of the temple. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
