ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct enquiry for cancellation of fraudulent document dated 11.12.2015 vide Doc.No.359/2016 in favour of 3rd respondent and registered sale deed dated 11.02.2021 vide Doc.No. 1074/2021 executed by 3rd respondent in favour of respondents 4 to 7 herein as per the judgment report in J.Jayaniithaa Vs. Inspector General of Registration and other reported in (2021 (1) CTC 839) make proper entry in the encumbrance certificate reversing the earlier fraudulent entries of registration. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under 2/4

Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
