ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused Rank not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.144 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has taken videograph of some persons damaging the check dam and uploaded the same in the social media supporting their action. Hence complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He has been falsely implicated in this case. CRL OP(MD).No.14745 of 2022 warn the public, he has taken the video and circulated if in the social media and pray the petitioner to be released on anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that there are two accused in this case.
