This petition has been filed to direct to withdraw the case in crime NO.519 of 2022 pending on the file of the third respondent herein and entrust the same to transfer the case to second respondent and file final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already the main case itself was quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19159 of 2024 based on the compromise arrived at between the parties. 2/4

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
