Respondent/Respondent/Defendants Prayer in C.R.P(MD)No.1093 of 2020 :- This Civil Revision Petition file under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair order and decreetal order in C.M.A.No. 3 of 2016 dated 18-022020 on the file of Principal District Judge(FAC), Theni in confirming order in IA No.440 of 2013 in O.S.No.265 of 2013 dated 28-03-2014 on the file of Sub Court, Theni and allow this Civil Revision Petition and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing this day under the caption for "Extension of time" and perusing the earlier order dated 02.02.2023 and the requisition lette submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Theni vide the letter in D.No.756/2023, dated 31.08.2023 and forwarded by the Principal District Judge (FAC), Theni, vide the letter in D.No.5372/2023, dated 04.09.2023, this Court made the following order:

"By an order dated 02.02.2023, this Court directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni to dispose the suit in O.S.No.265 of 2013 within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now, the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni vide her letter dated 31.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.756/2023, has requested for extension of 9 months time to dispose suit. In the said letter, the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni has given her explanation for non-disposal of the suit.

3. Being satisfied with the explanation given by the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni in the letter dated 31.08.2023, the time for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.265 of 2013 is extended by another 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "
