ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 380 and 457 IPC and NBW, dated 01.11.2019 issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.33 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.On perusal of CD file it is seen that due to non appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court, NBW was issued against him and hence, now, he seeks anticipatory bail.

3.It is also seen from the records that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail. By jumping over the bail, he went aboard. Hence, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and file an application for recall of warrant by stating the facts and circumstances.
