ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 05.02.2018 made in E.P.No.136 of 2015 in O.S.No.19 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam.

2.It is evident from the records that on earlier occasion i.e., on 18.04.2023 when the matter was called for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and hence, today, this matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". However, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner today also.

3.In view of the same, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
