Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMSUNDARVIJAYRAJ, Advocate for M/S.VEERA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11103 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 23.12.2020, on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
