ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fifth respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint by considering her representation, dated 02.12.2020.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition and would state that the petitioner had been put to harassment and torture in the hands of her colleagues and therefore, she had given a detailed complaint to the respondent police and since no action was taken, she is before this Court.
3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would state that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR number has been issued and enquiry has been conducted and the same is pending.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.12.2020, and take appropriate action on her complaint by giving opportunity to the other side in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
