The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No. 264 of 2020 launched by the respondent / husband seeking divorce under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, to the Family Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District from the Family Court at Dindigul

2. Mr. S. Govindan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent / husband has no objection for transfer of the HMOP.No.264 of 2020 from the file of Family Court, Dindigul to the Family Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District.

3. In view of the submission made by the counsel, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No. 264 of 2020, pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul District, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari District, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
