For Respondent : Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.559 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act, 1957, in Crime No.559 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This is the third anticipatory bail petition. The petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed on 04.12.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14110 of 2020 and on 07.12.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14184 of 2020.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner said to have illegally transported one unit of river sand by using Lorry. He further submitted that the petitioner is also having two previous cases similar in nature and he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
