Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner is granted with a licence to run open space shops from 17.11.2015 to 20.01.2016. Now, he seek for extension of time and for which, he made a representation on 18.12.2015. Therefore, it is for the second respondent Executive Officer to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
