ORDER
The petitioner appears to have given three representations to the second respondent/Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department on 19.03.2018, 10.04.2018 and 19.05.2018. However, these representations of the petitioner have not evoked any response from the second respondent.
2. Considering the same, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case by directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the Constitution of India. No costs.
